🚫👟 Trainers on the Pitch? Not at RWI.

At Roll With It Football Coaching, we live by one word: STANDARDS. 💯

Too often we scroll through socials or watch sessions and see coaches turning up in… trainers. 🤦‍♂️ Honestly, it drives us mad!

👉 We expect players to show up in the right kit.
👉 We expect players to wear the right footwear.
👉 We expect players to look sharp, feel sharp, and perform sharp.

So why should it be different for the coaches? 🤷‍♂️

You can wear the tracksuit, the badge, the uniform… but if you’re stood on the grass in a pair of casual trainers, the whole look falls flat. ❌

Here’s our view: if you look good, you feel good — and if you feel good, you coach better. 💪⚽ Your demos are sharper, your movement is cleaner, your standards are higher.

That’s why at RWI you’ll never catch our coaches in trainers. Nope. Not happening. 🚀

  • Clean boots on the grass.
  • Astros on the astro turf.
  • Professional standards from the first whistle.

Because professionalism isn’t just in what you say — it’s in what you do… and how you look. 👊

So we’ll throw it out there…
