His own football journey kicked off at the age of eight, tearing it up at his local grassroots club. His potential stood out early—he was soon snapped up to represent his league’s top team, before earning spots with Millwall FC’s Academy and later Crawley Town.
Those years shaped him. The highs, the knockbacks, the relentless competition—they’ve all fed into a coaching style built on empathy, insight, and motivation. Ben knows exactly what young players go through, because he’s lived it. That gives him an uncanny ability to connect with kids and help them unlock their potential—on and off the pitch.
