Jay Lynch

Jay is another of our lead football coaches here at RWI & has built up his footballing experiences both domestically & internationally whilst delivering sessions & tournaments in both England, Portugal & Sweden.

Jay’s latest role before joining RWI was being lead coach with Paris Saint Germain Academy UK where his job was to deliver high quality sessions to players from all over the world.

Jay studied Football Coaching and Management for three years at UCFB in Wembley. Whilst on the course he had the opportunity to watch and learn from experienced coaches, as well as do some coaching of his own to give him more experience and feedback. Jay received an Upper Second Class award (2:1) on completion of the course.

Jay is a West Ham United supporter & has always been interested in playing sports. Whilst his favourite sport has always been football, he also follows other sports, including attending live events. He also has a keen interest in foreign languages, listening to music & animals.
